Last updated: August 16, 2026

PrivacyTermsCookiesRefundsAcceptable useDPASub-processors

This policy sets out what you can and can't do on ArcPixel. It supplements our Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone who uses ArcPixel — account holders, visitors to published portfolios, and anyone accessing this website. It supplements our Terms of Service.

2. Prohibited content

You may not upload, post, or publish content that:

  • Is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes someone else's rights.
  • Contains malware or code designed to disrupt the service or visitors' devices.
  • Violates the privacy or intellectual property of others.
  • Impersonates another person, brand, or organization without authorization.
  • Promotes phishing, scams, or fraudulent activity — including through custom domains connected to your portfolio.

3. Prohibited conduct

You may not:

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to another user's account or portfolio data.
  • Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without prior written authorization.
  • Scrape, resell, or sublicense access to the platform, portfolio designs, or templates without our consent.
  • Use the service to send spam or unsolicited bulk communications.
  • Interfere with or degrade service availability for other customers.
  • Use automated tools to bulk-create accounts, portfolios, or publish content in a way that burdens the service.

4. Published portfolios

When you publish a portfolio, it becomes publicly accessible. You are responsible for the content you make public and for ensuring it complies with this policy. If your portfolio includes personal data about other people (clients, collaborators, or team members), you must have a lawful basis to include and publish that information.

5. Enforcement

Violating this policy may result in content removal, unpublishing of your portfolio, suspension, or termination of your account, at our discretion and proportionate to the violation.

6. Reporting abuse

If you believe someone is violating this policy, report it to support@arcpixel.io.

7. Contact

Questions about this policy can be sent to support@arcpixel.io.
