These terms govern access to and use of ArcPixel. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to them.
1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account, publishing a portfolio, or otherwise using ArcPixel, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Acceptable Use Policy. If you are accepting on behalf of a company or studio, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization.
2. The service
ArcPixel is a portfolio builder that provides ready-made designs, a guided editor with live preview, AI-assisted writing tools, and publishing to a arcpixel.io address or custom domain. The service includes a free tier for private drafts and paid passes (Solo and Studio) for publishing and expanded AI usage.
3. Accounts & eligibility
- You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for keeping your credentials confidential.
- You must be legally able to enter into a binding contract to use the service.
4. Billing
ArcPixel offers a free tier and paid subscription passes. Paid passes are billed through Paddle, our merchant of record — Paddle determines and displays the price, currency, and any applicable tax (such as VAT or GST) for your location at checkout, and issues your receipts/invoices. ArcPixel never receives or stores your card details.
By subscribing, you authorize Paddle to charge your selected pass on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on your choice) until you cancel. Cancellations, downgrades, and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
Paid passes include usage limits (such as live portfolios and AI credits) that vary by pass. If you reach a pass's limit, further use of that resource is blocked until you upgrade to a higher pass.
Only the account holder — the person who created the ArcPixel account — can view pricing, manage the subscription, or access invoices and billing history.
5. Acceptable use
Use of ArcPixel is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which prohibits illegal use, abuse of other users, and attempts to compromise the security or availability of the service.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to ArcPixel, including portfolio text, images, and career profile information. You grant Moonlight Arc a limited license to host, process, and publish your content solely to provide the service — including generating and serving the published portfolio at your chosen address.
When you publish a portfolio, it becomes publicly accessible at your arcpixel.io address or connected custom domain. You are responsible for the content you choose to make public and for ensuring you have the right to share it.
7. Intellectual property
ArcPixel, its logo, and the underlying software are owned by Moonlight Arc and protected by intellectual property law. The portfolio designs and templates provided by ArcPixel are licensed for use within the platform to create and publish your portfolio — not for resale, redistribution, or use outside the service.
8. Availability & support
We aim to keep ArcPixel available and performant but do not guarantee uninterrupted service outside of a specific enterprise agreement that includes a service-level agreement (SLA).
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Moonlight Arc is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the service and cancel your subscription at any time. You may also delete your account from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practicable.
11. Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
