ArcPixel publishes career guides, resume and cover-letter examples, and product comparisons alongside its own portfolio, resume and cover-letter tools. This page explains the rules those pages follow.
Who writes the guides
Guides carry the byline “ArcPixel editorial”, the team that builds and runs the product. We do not present an article as reviewed by an outside recruiter or career adviser unless that person is named on the page and agreed to it.
How we choose topics
We prioritise the questions job seekers actually search for in each language, using aggregated search-demand data, and write for the conventions of each market (for example, how a CV is expected to look in Colombia, the UAE or Turkey) rather than translating one article word for word. We do not publish a page for a topic we cannot support with useful, specific guidance.
Research and sources
Advice about CV conventions relies on public career services, universities and government employment services, and each guide lists the sources it relies on. For product features, pricing terms and cancellation rules we use the provider’s official documentation. We inspect ArcPixel’s own editor and templates directly. When a comparison relies on a competitor’s public documentation, we say so; we do not describe that as a hands-on test of a paid account.
A source link supports a specific statement; it is not an endorsement of that provider. Features and prices change, so check the provider’s current plan before you buy.
Examples are fictional
Every copyable resume, cover letter and project case is a fictional teaching example, and the page says so. Examples use [bracketed] placeholders for names, employers, dates and numbers, so you replace them with facts you can support in an interview. We never publish a real person’s document or details as an example.
What we do not publish
- Statistics without a source, such as “most recruiters” claims.
- Testimonials, ratings or customer counts we cannot back up.
- Promises that a template will pass every applicant tracking system.
- Claims that paid features, such as PDF download or publishing, are free.
Use of AI
We use AI tools to help research and draft some pages. A person on the ArcPixel team checks each page against its sources and the rules on this page before it is published, and remains responsible for it. The same standard applies to AI suggestions inside the product: they are proposals you can edit or reject, not facts about your experience.
Comparisons and recommendations
ArcPixel publishes these articles and may be one of the options compared. Recommendations follow the use case and state the trade-offs, including cases where another tool is the better fit.
Updates and corrections
Each guide shows when it was last updated. We review claims when an article is substantively updated. If a feature, price, rule or source has changed, email support@arcpixel.io with the page URL and the current evidence. We correct material errors on the page and update its date.
