Can I build a business website for free?
You can build and preview your site for free, without a card, and use the AI credits included in the free workspace. Publishing needs a Solo or Studio plan; see pricing for current prices.
Can customers order and pay on my site?
Not on the site itself. There is no cart or checkout. Customers tap a product to message you on WhatsApp, call or email you, and you arrange the order and payment with them.
How do WhatsApp enquiries work?
Mark one of your phone numbers as WhatsApp in your business info and choose WhatsApp as the enquiry channel. Each product then shows a button that opens a chat with a message about that product.
Can I use my own domain?
Yes. Publish on a yourname.arcpixel.io address or connect a domain you already own.
How many business sites can I publish?
Business sites share the live-site limit with portfolios: Solo allows 2 live sites and Studio allows 10. Drafts are not limited.
Can I show prices in my own currency?
Yes. Prices are free text, so you write them the way customers expect, for example AED 45 or $10–$20. You can also hide prices or mark an item as price on request.
Is ArcPixel an alternative to Shopify or Wix?
It does a different job. Shopify is built for online stores with checkout, and Wix for designing any kind of site from scratch. ArcPixel suits small businesses that want a ready site with products and WhatsApp enquiries without running an online store.
