If the vacancy accepts email applications, use its required subject line, identify the role, give one relevant reason for your application and name the attachment. If it requires a portal, submit there; an email is not a substitute for the stated process.

A complete CV email example to adapt
The example below is fictional and instructional. Replace every placeholder with your facts and remove any experience or skill you do not have. Its tasks are not a real customer's results.

Dear [Recruiter name / Hiring team],

I have attached my CV, [filename], for your review. I am available [accurate availability if requested].
Thank you for considering my application. I would welcome the opportunity to discuss how I could support [specific task in the vacancy].

Check the message as a complete application
- Keep the employer's reference exactly as requested. If the advert sets a subject format, it takes precedence over this example.
- Replace every bracketed field, check the recipient domain and attach the correct version. A test email to yourself helps catch missing files and broken links.
- For a referral, name the referrer only with their permission and state the relationship accurately. Do not imply an endorsement you have not received.
- Do not attach identity documents or confidential records to a general enquiries address. Use the verified application channel and supply only the requested material.
Why the example is written this way
The message supplies context that a bare attachment lacks. One specific contribution is enough; copying the entire CV into the email makes it harder to find the application details.
CV email questions
- What should I put in the subject line when emailing a CV?
- Use the subject format specified in the vacancy. If none is given, include the job title, reference if available, and your name so the recipient can identify the application.
- Should I email my CV in English or Arabic?
- Follow the language requested in the vacancy or the employer’s instructions. A job being in the UAE or Saudi Arabia does not by itself determine the language. If the instructions are unclear, ask through the official recruitment channel.
- Does this tool send my email or attach my CV?
- No. It creates an editable draft in your browser. Copy it into your email app, attach your CV yourself and check the recipient and application instructions before sending.
